A. Short Course

The duration of this short course is 3 - 4 hours. You will be instructed by a silversmith to make either a ring, earrings, or pendant in just a short time. The participants do all the processes from-designing through to forging, carving, soldering, polishing etc. The instructor will only demonstrate and help to improve your items. By the end of the course, you will be proud of the results and not believe that you just made the jewellery by yourself.

Time:
Three different choices every day:
- 09.00 am - 12.00 pm
- 01.00 pm - 04.00 pm
- 05.00 pm - 08.00 pm

You will enjoy:

- 3 hours of instruction (Indonesian, English and French speaking silversmith)
- Your personally created piece of silver jewellery (5 grams maximum)

Cost:
- Rp. 150.000/pax (1 person)
- Rp. 125.000/pax (2 - 3 persons)
- Rp. 100.000/pax (4 - 6 persons)

Note: A class of 6 persons is recommended.

B. Full day Course

With more time and more material, you can make more intricate silver jewellery. Also, many who completed the short course return and join this session in order to improve on their skills.

Time:
09.00 am - 04.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

You will enjoy:
- A guided tour of the traditional silversmithing village
- Use of craftsman tools - Historical silversmithing information
- 7 hours of instruction (Indonesian, English and French speaking silversmith)
- Your personally created piece of silver jewellery (10 grams maximum)
- Traditional Javanese craft environment
- Lunch with local menu

Cost:
- Rp. 250.000/pax (1 person)
- Rp. 225.000/pax (2 - 3 persons)
- Rp. 200.000/pax (4 - 6 persons)

C. Weekend Course

We arrange this package for those who outside of Yogyakarta. This course is held on Saturday and Sunday from 09.00 am - 04.00 pm with one hour lunch break. This package includes basic tools for making silver jewellery and after the course, the participants will have created their own products using the provided tools.

Time:
Saturday and Sunday, from 09.00am - 04.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Facilities:
- Explanation of the silver jewellery making technique
- Basic tools to make silver jewellery
- Basic intruction manual for silver jewellery
- Instructor (Indonesian, English and French language)
- A maximum of 20 grams of silver per person

Cost:
- Rp. 2.500.000 for 2 persons
- Extra cost of Rp. 1.000.000/person for additional participants
